Keynote No. 1

Creating an ‘Esprit De Corps’
(A Winning Culture)

‘Esprit de Corps’ is a feeling of loyalty and pride that is shared by the members of a group who persistently pull together in pursuit of a common purpose.

I have been privileged to work and learn from within an organisation with an incredible ‘Esprit de Corps’, A Winning Culture. I have worked with people who will give everything to achieve the aim. Team members who would cover my back and provide me with that ultimate protection. I have learnt the secrets that created that incredible culture of loyalty, pride and honour. Sharing a common spirit of comradeship, values, enthusiasm, purpose, and devotion to a cause. From intern to CEO, both up and down the communication chain, information needs to be clear and understood. In both capturing the vision and implementing the action, the whole team should understand the objective. That is an Esprit-De-Corps.

What’s included:

  1. Sharing ideas and examples to get your team on the same page and focusing on the joint aim
  2. Learn how do you create value, a common purpose and understand loyalty and honour
  3. Techniques and tools on how to shape a team that responds positively to adversity and deals with the uncertainty and challenges that business throws at you
  4. The importance of your induction
  5. How culture can contribute to the overall success of the team

Your Takeaway:

  1. Ideas and stories on how you can transform corporate culture and behaviours
  2. Fresh practical ideas that can be implemented immediately to build and cultivate a winning culture
  3. Discover how the right culture can release the creative culture of your team and get them working together rather than as individuals
